Cleaning service is provided five nights a week, Monday through Friday. Carpets will be vacuumed, unobstructed surfaces dusted, and trash will be emptied. If you have special cleaning needs, such as carpet shampooing, then contact the Management Office. Special cleaning services can be arranged at tenant expense.

Trash and Recycling

Trash and recycling will be emptied on a nightly basis by the janitorial staff. It is the tenants’ responsibility to make sure that all recycling and trash are in the designated containers. If trash that is to be disposed of is not in wastebaskets, then please inform the cleaning personnel by leaving a large note on such items marked TRASH. Please DO NOT leave items that are not trash on top or near wastebaskets that might be misconstrued as garbage.

The building provides recycling of paper, cardboard, and comingled items. The building also participates in an e-cycle event twice a year. You will receive notice of this prior to the event. You may contact the Management Office for additional recycling containers.
