Portal Navigation
- Navigate this Electronic Tenant® Portal just as you would a traditional website!
- The portal features a navigation menu, which provides links to each chapter. Click the toggle icon on the upper-left-hand corner and the navigation menu will appear with links to specific chapters and sub-sections.
- The Electronic Tenant® Portal is updated on a regular basis, so please be sure to periodically check for updated information and new banner alerts from your JBG SMITH Property Management Team.

Tenant Center
- The Tenant Center has features such as amenity 'Reservations', and a 'Service Request' system, among others. Your Tenant Center is always accessible from this portal. One of the ways you may access the Tenant Center, is by clicking on the 'Register' and/or 'Service Request' quick-link, on the upper right-hand-corner of any page on this portal.
