Rental Remittance

Rent and other applicable charges are due on the first day of each month. Invoices detailing those rents and charges will be sent to each tenant prior to the due date. All checks should be made payable to Pending and all payments should be mailed to the following address:

The Management Office does not accept rental payments. Checks must be sent directly to the lockbox so the bank can deposit them into the correct account. All other correspondence should continue to be directed to the Management Office located at 1201 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia 22209.
